中国石场每年产生大量的废弃物,但对其资源化利用率极低。为了最大化利用石场废弃物,将石场废弃物按道路的结构层次分层利用,通过方案的整体设计,实现路基路面一体化利用。笔者以广东省某石场废弃物为例,分析废弃物用于路床加固、垫层、底基层、基层的可行性。研究结果表明:石场废弃物用于路床加固,可提高土基回弹模量70%以上,也可用于水泥土底基层,强度完全能够达到设计要求。通过对道路结构的优化设计,石场废弃物一体化利用技术使该工程节约费用数百万元,取得了良好的社会效益与经济效益。
China Shichang produce large amounts of waste every year, but its resource utilization rate is very low. In order to maximize the use of stone waste, stone waste by layers of the hierarchy of road use, through the overall design of the program to achieve the integrated use of subgrade and pavement. Taking a wasteland of a quarry in Guangdong as an example, the author analyzes the feasibility of using wastes for roadbed reinforcement, bedding, subsoil and grassroots. The results show that the quarry waste can be used to reinforce the roadbed, which can increase the modulus of over 70% of the soil basement modulus and can also be used in the cement soil foundation. The strength can fully meet the design requirements. Through the optimal design of the road structure, integrated utilization of stone waste landfill project to save millions of dollars cost, and achieved good social and economic benefits.
