故障现象:牡丹TC-483P彩电,图像上部压缩,并有严重回扫线。 分析与检修:调整场幅和线性电位器不能改变图象。检查场电路,发现场反馈电容C411(10μ/100V)容量严重下降,耦合电容C413(10μ/100V)也存在电解液干涸、容量下降。代换后场幅场线性恢复正常,但图像上部边缘仍有稀疏且明显的回扫线。此时将场消隐电容C626(1μ/63V)拆下,用万用表电阻1K挡测量充放电特性,表针摆动极小,说明电容已干涸衰老。换上新品后,图回扫线消失。使用多年的电视机,电解电容干涸是个通病,会引出许多故障。
