在每个班级的学生中,总是有一部分学习优者,也有一部分学习差者,有些文科强,有些理科强。光靠老师一个人辅导这部分差生,力量是远远不够的。特别是针对于大班化教学,老师对差生的帮助和辅导更是力不从心,导致效果不够显著。差生的辅导问题一直困扰着每个老师。那么,怎样才能更加有效地辅导差生,又不至于占用老师过多的工作精力呢?实施新课模教学之后,差生的转化问题得到了有效的缓解。
In each class of students, there is always a part of learning gifted, there are some poor learners, some liberal arts, some strong science. It is not enough to rely on the teacher alone for counseling this poor student. Especially for teaching large classes, the teacher’s help and counseling for poor students is powerless, resulting in not enough significant effect. Poor students have troubled every teacher. So, how can we guide poor students more effectively without occupying too much work force? After the implementation of the new curriculum teaching, the problem of poor students’ transformation has been effectively alleviated.
