继《中国突厥语言研究史》(1994,土耳其文版)和《突厥历史语言学研究》(1995)之后,王远新教授于2015年推出以突厥语族特别是以哈萨克语、土耳其语为主题的研究文集《突厥语族语言研究》。在国家“一带一路”战略背景下,审视该书的内容和特色,并思考“一带一路”战略中的语言功能,我们在实施语言互通战略时,有必要在培养小语种人才的同时,加强边疆跨境民族语言研究的学科建设和人才培养,进一步推动我国跨境民族与周边国家共用互通语言或方言的本体、功能及应用研究。
