为了研究多轴车辆动力传动系统动态载荷特性,开发了多轴车辆动力传动系统动力学仿真模型。根据柴油发动机负荷特性试验数据构建循环供油量-转速-扭矩MAP图,通过模糊PI控制器对发动机循环供油量进行调节,建立了发动机动态特性模型;建立了液力变矩器模型、换挡离合器模型以及分动箱、过桥齿轮箱、主减速器、轮边减速器等传动部件模型。利用MATLAB/Simulink建立了多轴车辆动力传动系统动力学仿真模型,并进行了仿真分析,实车试验结果表明,仿真模型可有效模拟车辆动力传动系统的速度特性和动态载荷特性。
In order to study the dynamic load characteristics of multi-axle vehicle powertrain, a dynamic simulation model of multi-axle vehicle powertrain has been developed. According to the diesel engine load characteristics test data to build the cycle of fuel supply - speed - torque MAP map, through the fuzzy PI controller to regulate the engine cycle fuel supply, the establishment of a dynamic model of the engine; established a torque converter model, for Block clutch model and transfer case, bridge gear box, the main reducer, the wheel reducer and other transmission components model. The dynamic simulation model of multi-axle vehicle powertrain is established by MATLAB / Simulink, and the simulation analysis is carried out. The actual vehicle test results show that the simulation model can effectively simulate the speed characteristics and dynamic load characteristics of the vehicle powertrain.
