报道了一种多功能的薄层光谱电化学池设计及其基本表征。该电化学池光窗以内径 15mm石英管为全方位光窗 ,下部安装直径 15mm的玻碳盘工作的电极 ,上部塞进可旋动的聚四氟乙烯参比电极与之相对构成圆盘形薄层腔 .薄层厚度很容易在 0 .1~ 1mm间调节 .能进行薄层伏安、长光程现场紫外 -可见吸收光谱、现场荧光光谱及电致化学发光的检测 ,还可以用于对物质进行电位选择性光谱定量测定 .该电池结构简单、容易拆卸、薄层厚度可调、试剂用量少、灵敏度高、易于操作 .本文用K3 Fe(CN) 6的KCl溶液对不同薄层厚度下的紫外 -可见光谱电化学行为进行了表征
