陈×,女,6岁半,住院号79-736。因上腹部隐痛10天,高热8无,黄疸及咳嗽一周,于1979年3月3日入院。 患儿于入院前10天开始感上腹部隐痛,二天后发热达39(?)～40℃,次日发现黄疸,伴纳呆及刺激性咳嗽。在外就诊,血清谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)190单位/升,一分钟胆红质(Sb′)3.3毫克％,总胆红质(Sb)11毫克％。总蛋白6.3克％,白/球蛋白2.6/3.7,诊断为病毒性肝炎。因症状加重而转本院。病程中无咽痛,淋巴结肿大,嗜睡及烦躁。无肝炎接触。
Chen ×, female, 6 years and a half, hospital number 79-736. Due to pain in the upper abdomen for 10 days, 8 high fever, jaundice and cough for a week, on March 3, 1979 admitted. Outpatient visits included 190 units / L of serum alanine aminotransferase (SGPT), 3.3 mg% of one minute of bilirubin (Sb ’), and 11 mg% of total bilirubin (Sb). Total protein 6.3 g%, white / globulin 2.6 / 3.7, diagnosed as viral hepatitis. Because of symptoms and transferred to the hospital. No sore throat during the course of disease, swollen lymph nodes, lethargy and irritability. No hepatitis exposure.
