本文将Ag纳米粒子修饰到Pt微电极表面,将其用于过氧化氢的测定研究。修饰电极在6.25×10-5mol/L~5.125×10-4mol/L浓度范围内与过氧化氢浓度呈线性关系,检测限为9.653×10-4mol/L(S/N=3)。
In this paper, Ag nanoparticle was modified to the surface of Pt microelectrode and used for the determination of hydrogen peroxide. The linearity of the modified electrode in the concentration range of 6.25 × 10-5mol / L to 5.125 × 10-4mol / L was linear with the concentration of hydrogen peroxide. The detection limit was 9.653 × 10-4mol / L (S / N = 3).
