本研究制备了定植质粒菌JM109(耐氨苄青霉素)的犬急性坏死性胰腺炎的动物模型,通过puc18质粒裁体示踪指纹图谱分析方法,查明肠道细菌和内毒素的移位情况,观察急性坏死性胰腺炎与内源性感染症的关系,进一步阐明胰腺感染的发生机理。
In this study, an animal model of acute necrotizing pancreatitis in canine colonization plasmid JM109 (ampicillin-resistant) was prepared. The puc18 plasmid was used to identify the translocation of intestinal bacteria and endotoxins by the method of cut-off detection of plasmid DNA. The relationship between acute necrotizing pancreatitis and endogenous infection further clarifies the mechanism of pancreas infection.
