Pereira曾用3,4-二羟基苯甲酸在碱性介质中作铁的光度测定。本文报告用分光光度法研究此试剂与铁所形成的络合物,包括pH值对络合物形成的影响和络合物的组成。 3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(以下亦简作R)是依照成法制备,所得产物熔点198~199℃(文献值196~198)。标准正铁液:称0.864克铁矾(保证试剂,E.Merck),另加入少量硫酸配成一升溶液(每豪升含0.1毫克正铁)。
