太平感冒颗粒剂抗菌实验对金黄色葡萄球菌、甲型、乙型溶血性链球菌均有抑菌作用。对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性及大鼠对组胺引起皮肤毛细血管通透性增加均有明显的抑制作用，对小鼠致炎剂所致耳壳肿胀有明显抑制作用，具有显著的抗炎作用。用伤寒，副伤寒三联菌苗对家兔引起体温升高有显著的降低解热作用，对小鼠发汗作用有显著的增加汗液分泌，促进退热功能。
