目的:研究亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(Methylenetetrahytrofolate reductase,MTHFR)基因多态性与儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)发病的关系。方法:对51例ALL儿童(ALL组)及53名健康儿童(对照组),采用PCR-RFLP技术检测两组MTHFR677C→T突变,统计两组的突变频率。结果:ALL组MTHFR677C→T多态性比率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MTHFR基因677位碱基变异可能是中国儿童ALL的一个保护性因素。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between MTHFR gene polymorphism and the pathogenesis of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Methods: 51 ALL children (ALL group) and 53 healthy children (control group) were enrolled in this study. MTHFR677C → T mutation was detected by PCR-RFLP in two groups. The frequency of mutation was calculated. Results: The MTHFR677C → T polymorphism rate in ALL group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Base mutation 677 of MTHFR gene may be a protective factor for childhood ALL in China.
