针对目前油气悬挂系统存在的不足,提出了一种新型的双单向阀式油气悬挂系统.介绍了新型油气悬挂系统的结构和工作原理.通过大型工程分析软件ADAMS建立了连通式油气悬挂系统、非独立式油气悬挂系统以及该新型油气悬挂系统的虚拟样机模型.分别针对油气悬挂系统对车辆的转向性能和行驶平顺性的影响进行了详细的对比分析.分析结果表明该新型油气悬挂系统对提高车辆的转向性能和行驶平顺性的综合性能更有利.
Aiming at the shortcomings of the current oil and gas suspension system, a new double check valve type oil and gas suspension system is presented.The structure and working principle of the new oil and gas suspension system is introduced.The connected oil and gas suspension system is established by large engineering analysis software ADAMS, Non-independent oil-gas suspension system and the virtual prototype model of the new oil-gas suspension system.A detailed comparative analysis is made on the impact of the oil-gas suspension system on the steering performance and ride comfort of the vehicle.The analysis results show that the new oil-gas suspension system has the advantages of improving The overall performance of the vehicle steering and ride comfort is more favorable.
