随着C公司的发展壮大,外派人员面临着工作压力大、生活条件艰苦、工作家庭关系严重失调、人际交往淡化等心理困扰,逐步呈现出工作激情下降、工作效率低下、工作绩效降低、人才离职率提高等现象。为缓解上述问题,C公司开展了EAP培训,通过EHMS问卷调查和访谈对培训效果评估,结果显示,EAP培训在一定程度上缓解了外派人员的心理压力。
With the development and expansion of C Company, the expatriates are faced with psychological distress such as heavy work pressure, difficult living conditions, serious imbalance of work-family relationship and desalination of interpersonal relationships. Gradual decline of work passion, low work efficiency, decrease of work performance, Turnover rates increase and so on. To alleviate the above problems, Company C carried out EAP training to evaluate the effectiveness of training through EHMS questionnaires and interviews. The results show that EAP training has alleviated the psychological pressure of expatriates to a certain extent.
