I. INTRODUCTION Currently, there is widespread interest in the performance testing of quench media in the heat treatment industry in the research, manufacture, and use of quenching media, and traditional methods of detection, which are troublesome since the introduction of microelectronic computers, have become a breeze. Microcomputer detection system not only sampling speed, sampling time can be adjusted in a wide range, and can be convenient and accurate data processing, and output in the form of curves, but also the original data or calculated results stored on disk long-term preservation. Literature [1] introduced the system used are Taiwan
