做新世纪成功的学校教育管理者，是每一位校长的愿望。在知识经济已见端倪，信息时代到来的今天，怎样才能培养适应新时代的高素质人才？怎样才能更加科学有效地管理好学校？怎样才能全面推进素质教育？这需要校长们不断思考、不断探索，创造性地开展工作；需要我们大家共同研究新情况，解决新问题。为了丰富校长们的治校思路，特开设“点子俱乐部”子栏目，欢迎广大校长把自己在教育管理实践中行之有效的好点子借此栏目共同交流，以不断提高管理水平。
The success of school management in the new century is the will of every headmaster. In the knowledge economy has been clues to the information age, how can we cultivate high-quality talent to adapt to a new era? How can we manage the school more scientifically and effectively? How can we comprehensively promote quality education? This requires principals to constantly think and constantly explore and creatively carry out their work. We all need to work together to study new situations and solve new problems. In order to enrich the principals’ ideas of running a school, we have set up a sub-section of “Idea Club” and welcome the principals to exchange their good ideas in education management practice through this section so as to continuously improve their management.
