伴随着中国不断加快的国际化步伐,翻译专业本科和翻译硕士(MTI)如雨后春笋般兴起。从一开始寥若晨星的3+15家,发展到了如今的42+158家,预计未来还有更大的发展空间。与这一趋势相对应,该专业对师资也提出了前所未有的迫切要求。“MTI的相关教师群、乃至整个翻译专业的教师群,需要重新打造,靠现在格局下外国语言文学专业内部的自我培养或调配恐不能完全解决问题。围绕‘知行并举,技道双进’之理念,有针对性地展开全国或地区性的MTI师资培训,已是一项当务之急。”(何刚强,2009)因此,中国译协和翻译专业学位研究生教育指导委员会于暑期共同举办了高等院校翻译师资培训。这一培训既全面系统,又分类细化,充分考虑了多层次学员的不同需求。
Accompanying China’s ever-accelerating internationalization, the undergraduate and master of translation (MTI) programs have sprung up. From the early days of 3 +15 Morningstar developed to 42 + 158 today, is expected to have more room for development in the future. Corresponding to this trend, the profession also poses an unprecedented demand for teachers. “MTI teachers, and even the whole translation professional teacher group, need to re-create, rely on the current pattern of foreign language and literature within the professional self-cultivation or deployment may not be able to fully solve the problem.” Around the knowledge and practice, (He Gangqiang, 2009) Therefore, the Steering Committee of Postgraduate Education for Chinese Translation Associations and Translation Degrees co-sponsored a higher education institution in the summer School Translation teacher training. This training is both comprehensive and systematic and detailed, taking into account the different needs of multi-level trainees.
