柑橘砂皮病是我国柑橘产区普遍发生且危害严重的病害之一,常造成柑橘品质下降。为了筛选对柑橘砂皮病的有效药剂,通过对湖南省永州市道县典型症状的柑橘砂皮病进行样品采集,经过病原菌分离、结合分离菌株的形态特征和ITS序列分析进行病原菌鉴定,再根据菌丝生长速率法检测了咪鲜胺、苯醚甲环唑、多菌灵、乙铝·锰锌、代森锰锌等5种杀菌剂对柑橘砂皮病病原菌的毒力,结果表明,25%咪鲜胺悬浮剂对柑橘砂皮病病原菌的毒力最高,EC_(50)值为0.099μg/mL,是比较有效的防治药剂。
Citrus sand disease is one of the most common diseases in citrus producing areas in China, which often leads to the decline of citrus quality. In order to screen effective agents for citrus sandwiches, the pathogen was isolated from the samples of the typical symptoms of citrus sandwiches in Daoxian County, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province. After the pathogenic bacteria were isolated and the morphological characteristics of isolates were analyzed with ITS sequence analysis, Mycelial growth rate method for the detection of prochloraz, difenoconazole, carbendazim, ethylaluminum, manganese and zinc, mancozeb five kinds of fungicides on the pathogen of citrus asymptomatic pathogens, the results showed that 25 % Prochloraz suspending agent has the highest virulence to the pathogen of citrus sandworm. The EC50 value is 0.099μg / mL, which is a more effective control agent.
