论述了为改进128路模拟信号输入的计算机数据采集及监控系统所作的分析研究,着重分析了其采样器的动态特性及系统在有噪声和无噪声输入下的特点。为改善总体快速性及测量精度,提出了在优化采样器参数的基础上,改进数字滤波方法,即用卡曼滤波算法替代原来使用的移动平均算法,从而有效地改善了测量数据的精度和监控信号的显示波形质量。
The analysis and research on the computer data acquisition and monitoring system for improving the input of 128 analog signals are discussed. The dynamic characteristics of the sampler and the characteristics of the system under noisy and noiseless input are analyzed emphatically. In order to improve the overall rapidity and measurement accuracy, it is proposed to improve the digital filtering method on the basis of optimizing the parameters of the sampler, that is, to replace the original moving average algorithm with Kaman filter algorithm, so as to effectively improve the accuracy and monitoring of measurement data Signal display waveform quality.
