[目的]探讨哮喘与肺组织β受体数量与腺苷环磷酸含量的关系及电针对其的影响[方法]采 用放射配基结合与蛋白结合分析法分别测定接受与未接受电针刺激的哮喘豚鼠末梢肺组织的冰冻切片 β受体与3H-DHA结合量及腺苷环磷酸含量[结果]哮喘豚鼠肺组织冰冻切片的β受体与3H-DHA最大 结合量及腺苷环磷酸含量明显低于对照组,电针刺激可使哮喘豚鼠肺组织冰冻切片β受体最大结合量 及腺苷环磷酸含量维持在正常水平,但对正常豚鼠未见有影响[结论]哮喘发作与肺组织β受体功能 降低有关,电针可使其功能恢复至正常水平
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between the number of β receptor and the content of adenosyl cyclic phosphate in asthma and lung tissue and the effect of electroacupuncture on it [Methods] Radioligand binding and protein binding assay were used to determine the effects of electroacupuncture on asthma [Results] The maximum binding capacity of β receptor and 3H-DHA and the content of adenosine cyclic phosphate in the frozen sections of the lung tissue of asthmatic guinea pigs were significantly lower In the control group, electroacupuncture stimulation can maintain the maximum amount of beta-receptor and the content of adenosine cyclic phosphate in the frozen section of lung tissue of asthmatic guinea pigs, but no effect on the normal guinea pigs [Conclusion] Body function is reduced, EA can restore its function to normal levels
