采用单辊快淬法制备3种Fe80-xCoxZr8Mo2B9Cu1(x=10、20、30)非晶合金,并对3种合金进行不同温度热处理,研究Co含量对该系列合金热稳定性和微观组织的影响。利用差热分析仪(DTA),X射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)等仪器测量样品的热性能和微观组织。研究结果表明,高Co含量合金的热稳定性较差。3种合金的晶化过程相似,晶化过程初期仅析出α-Fe(Co)晶粒。Co含量的增加增大了合金的平均晶粒尺寸。
Three kinds of Fe80-xCoxZr8Mo2B9Cu1 (x = 10, 20, 30) amorphous alloys were prepared by single roll rapid quenching method. The three alloys were heat-treated at different temperatures to study the influence of Co content on the thermal stability and microstructure of the alloys . The thermal properties and microstructure of the samples were measured by differential thermal analyzer (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the thermal stability of high Co content alloy is poor. The crystallization processes of the three alloys are similar, and only α-Fe (Co) grains are precipitated at the beginning of the crystallization process. The increase of Co content increases the average grain size of the alloy.
