在治疗牙冠大部分缺损的后磨牙时,恢复患牙的咬(牙合)接触,是使患牙行使咀嚼功能,发挥存留牙根牙冠生理功能的重要环节。笔者3年多来,利用锤造金属全冠恢复了31颗患牙的咬(牙合)接触,临床效果满意,现报告如下。本组治疗的31颗患牙均为第一磨牙,其中上颌第一磨牙15颗,下颌第一磨牙16颗。冠部缺损在1/4~3/4之间。患者年龄17~69岁,其中30岁以上占65%。男性12例,女性17例。患牙均无明显的牙周疾患。一、治疗方法 1.制取印模用烤软的技工蜡充填患牙缺损部位(亦可制备有一定固位力的洞型后用蜡充填),请患者做正中咬(牙合),用以取得患牙与对(牙合)牙的咬(牙合)接触关系。去除多余蜡后取印模,灌制石膏模型。
