作为研制高推重比发动机的重要技术,线性摩擦焊技术的研发具有非常重要的现实意义。文章对线性摩擦焊技术的基本原理与理论基础进行了研究,并且设计了一套基于单片机的线性摩擦焊控制系统,并主要介绍了该系统的硬件设计与构造。本文研制的控制系统,焊件的焊后拉伸强度能够达到母材的90%以上。希望本文的研究能够对我国的航空制造技术的发展和进步提供一定的参考和借鉴。
As an important technology for developing high thrust-weight ratio engine, the research and development of linear friction welding technology has very important practical significance. The paper studied the basic theory and theoretical basis of linear friction welding technology, and designed a set of linear friction welding control system based on singlechip. The hardware design and construction of the system were mainly introduced. The control system developed in this paper, weldment tensile strength after welding can reach more than 90% of base metal. I hope this study can provide some reference and reference for the development and progress of aviation manufacturing technology in our country.
