目的:探讨持续恒温气道湿化应用在脱离机械通气的气管切开术中的临床效果。方法:选取重钢总医院收治的80例行脱离机械通气的气管切开术患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。其中,观察组应用持续恒温气道湿化,对照组应用间断常温气道湿化,比较两组湿化效果。结果:观察组湿化良好率明显高于对照组,湿化不足率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脱离机械通气的气管切开术应用持续恒温气道湿化,具有较好的临床效果。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of continuous constant temperature airway humidification in tracheotomy without mechanical ventilation. Methods: Totally 80 patients who underwent mechanical ventilation from tracheotomy were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). Among them, the observation group was given constant temperature airway humidification, while the control group was given intermittent airway airway humidification at the same time. The wetting effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The good rate of humidification in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the rate of hypo-hygrosis was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The mechanical ventilation of tracheotomy with continuous constant temperature airway humidification, has a good clinical effect.
