In natural uranium plant, the exposed dose to the exposed skin of the operator, especially to the eye, is very important, but this area is rarely reported. Some people have used the FJ-352A radiation dosimeter to measure the workplace, but the result is not satisfactory. The shortcomings of this method are: (1) only the instantaneous dose can be measured, and the representativeness is poor; (2) it is limited by the shape, linearity and specific radioactivity of the various materials on the site; (3) (4) Although the results can be directly read, but the error is large. We used thermoluminescence dosimeters (TLDs) to make up for these shortcomings.
