采用连续退火、镀锌和合金化模拟机制取了不同退火温度和退火时间条件下Galvalume钢板的退火试样,通过SEM、EDS、XRD等试验方法,进行了退火工艺对于Galvalume钢板镀层表面结构影响研究,阐明了表面相结构和w(Fe)的变化规律。结果表明,随着退火温度和退火时间的增加,Galvalume镀层表面α相和α+β共晶体逐渐消失,镀层表面以Fe-Al-Zn化合物为主。镀层表面组织的w(Fe)随着退火温度和退火时间的增加而增加。
The annealing samples of Galvalume steel with different annealing temperature and annealing time were obtained by continuous annealing, galvanizing and alloying simulation. The effects of annealing process on the surface structure of Galvalume steel coating were investigated by SEM, EDS and XRD. , Clarify the surface phase structure and w (Fe) changes. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature and annealing time, α phase and α + β eutectic phase of Galvalume coating gradually disappear and the surface of coating is dominated by Fe-Al-Zn compound. The w (Fe) of coating surface structure increases with the increase of annealing temperature and annealing time.
