一、成就动机对名师专业发展的影响教师的成就动机可理解为教师努力争取成功、满足成就需要的一种内部驱动力,也是推动教师积极参与教学活动的心理动力。[1]近年来,关于教师成就动机的研究越来越受到重视,因为成就动机对教师的专业发展产生很大影响。首先是对工作绩效的影响。学者邱奕光的研究发现“成就动机愈高的教师,其工作投入的程度也愈高,反之,成就动机愈低的教师,其工作投入的程度也愈低”[2]。学者黄国隆以中小学教师为研究对象,研究结果表明,成就动机越高的教师,其工作满意度也就越高
