在提倡减负增效的今天,高效课堂成为我们所有教育工作者的共同追求。在陶行知思想的指引下,笔者从小学生的认知水平与年龄特点出发,把陶行知思想应用于课堂的每一个环节,探索出“生活、教育式的情境创设”、“教与学相联系的探索式学习任务”、“学生全员全程参与、教学做合一的学习过程”、“合理的课堂设置”教学模式。这样的教学,走进孩子们的生活,走进孩子们的心灵世界,在发挥学生主体作用的前提下,切实提高了课堂教学实效。
In today’s climate-boosting and efficiency-enhancing society, efficient classrooms are the common pursuit of all our educators. Under the guidance of Tao Xingzhi’s thought, the author, starting from the cognitive level and age characteristics of pupils, applies Tao Xingzhi’s thought to every link in the classroom and explores the concept of “creation of life and education,” “ Teaching and learning associated with the exploration of learning tasks ”, “ full participation of students throughout the teaching, learning to do one of the learning process ”, “ reasonable classroom setting ”teaching mode. Such teaching, into the children’s lives, into the children’s spiritual world, under the premise of giving play to the role of students, and effectively improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
