采用ABC法系统地研究了13例分泌型54种正常人体组织ABH物质的分布与定位。新发现神经元、原始生殖细胞、直肠腺上皮、鳞状上皮基底层等18种细胞也含有ABH物质。还发现ABH物质呈相嵌分布,节段性分布,存在于核下区或核上区或刷状缘等分布特点,并对H与A、B物质的关系,ABH物质的来源,唾液与体液ABH物质的来源,ABH物质与细胞分化、分布的相嵌现象及分布的不一致性进行了探讨。与前人结果相比,证明ABC法是研究ABH物质在人体组织细胞分布与定位的较灵敏方法。
ABC method was used to systematically study the distribution and localization of ABH in 13 cases of secreting 54 kinds of normal human tissues. Newly discovered 18 kinds of cells, including neurons, primordial germ cells, rectal glandular epithelium and squamous epithelium, also contain ABH. ABH also found that the distribution of substances in phases, segmental distribution, exist in the nucleus or nucleus or brush edge and other distribution characteristics, and H and A, B material, the source of ABH material, saliva and body fluids ABH material sources, ABH material and cell differentiation, distribution of embedded phenomenon and the distribution of inconsistencies were discussed. Compared with previous results, it is proved that ABC method is a sensitive method to study the distribution and localization of ABH in human tissue cells.
