党的十九大报告提出了以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为根本标志的一系列新思想、新论断、新部署。“全面从严治党”在十九大报告中被高度重视和系统谋划。其中,既指出了全面从严治党是过去五年工作对重大问题的决策部署及显著成就之一,也指出坚持全面从严治党是新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的基本方略之一,同时,还在报告的第十三部分专门就“坚定不移全面从严治党,不断提高党的执政能力和领导水平”作出系统部署。 The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party reported a series of new ideas, new assertions and new plans marked by Xi Jinping’s socialism with Chinese characteristics as its fundamental symbol. “Full and strict governance of the party” was highly valued and systematically planned in the report of the 19th National Congress. It also points out that one of the basic strategies for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is to insist on being completely and strictly controlled by the party. At the same time, we also made systematic arrangements in the thirteenth part of the report on the “unswerving adherence to the principle of completely and strictly administering the party and constantly improving the party’s ability to govern and leadership.”
