角质颚是头足类的摄食器官,隐含着重要的生态信息。根据2009-2014年中国鱿钓船在秘鲁外海(79°20′-84°30′W、10°00′-18°20′S)采集的茎柔鱼(Dosidicus gigas)样本,提取出361尾茎柔鱼的角质颚,对角质颚的12项外部形态进行测量,测定了日龄、胴长、体重、性腺成熟度等基础生物学特性,对角质颚的色素沉积等级进行了划分,同时利用神经网络模型探讨了角质颚色素沉积等级与日龄、胴长、体重、性腺成熟度、上角质颚外部形态参数和下角质颚外部形态参数等因子的关系。研究认为,影响角质颚色素沉积等级的主要因子为日龄、体重、性腺成熟度、上喙长和下翼长,其贡献率分别为7.44%、7.40%、9.14%、7.88%和9.07%。日龄、胴长、体重和角质颚各形态参数与角质颚色素沉积等级的相关性均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),且呈正相关关系。同时,随着性腺成熟度等级的增大,角质颚色素沉积等级呈现出逐渐增大的趋势。研究结果为基于角质颚的茎柔鱼渔业生物学研究提供了基础。

The results provide the basis for the study of the fishery biology of Spermophilus parvum based on horny jaws.
