随着机械工业的发展,电动铁水包越来越受到大中企业有关领导和浇注工人的重视与欢迎。本文在分析国内生产的传统电动铁水包的结构与性能的基础上,着重介绍了四川德阳市东方汽论机厂研制成功的新型电动铁水包的主要技术要求、结构特点。该产品传动系统的组成及布置与传统电动铁水包全然不同,是国内首次将少速差行星减速器与电磁制动电动机同时应用于浇注设备,具有结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、传动效率高、节能效果显著、正反向转动灵活、制动迅速、安全可靠、外形美观等优点。另外,作者在总结设计实践经验的基础上,还导出了铁水包设计快速而简便的计算方法,介绍了不同情况下铁水包包轴位置的优选经验。
