目的研究半红树植物海杧果Cerbera manghas叶中的有机酸类成分。方法通过多种柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 从海杧果叶中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为间羧基苯乙酸(1)、对羟基苯甲酸(2)、原儿茶酸(3)、对羟基桂皮酸(4)、间羧基苯甲酸(5)、香草酸(6)、丁二酸(7)。结论化合物1为新天然产物,化合物2~6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the organic acids in the Cerbera manghas leaves of the mangrove. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by a variety of column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Seven compounds were isolated from the leaves of the sea buckthorn. The compounds were identified as 1, 2, 3, 4, Benzoic acid (5), vanillic acid (6), succinic acid (7). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new natural product, and compounds 2 ~ 6 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
