有位哲人说过:“运动是绝对的,静止是相对的”。运动是生命的存在方式,是生命的基本活动。生命在于运动,运动不仅能增强体质,促进人们的身体健康,而且能使人心理健康。运动使人们拥有丰富的情绪、情感体验,帮助人们学会各种情绪调节的方法,使人们保持良好的心情、稳定的情绪、旺盛的生命活力,提高其机体对社会及自然环境的适应能力。运动也使人们拥有热情开朗、活泼好动、勇敢坚毅、勤奋刻苦、积极进取等良好性格,使人具备获取成功的重要心理条件。运动还能对运动者的自尊心、自信心产生积极影响,使运动者更加自尊、自信、自强,从容面对人生道路上的艰难困苦。
