今年是改革开放30周年。教育工作者的重要任务,是总结30年来我国教育改革发展的历史进程和基本经验,为实现从人力资源大国向人力资源强国的转变,在新的历史起点上不断开创新局面。正像周济部长最近所强调的,其中非常重要的是进一步解放思想,破除阻碍教育改革和发展的不合时宜的观念和思想障碍。 This year is the 30th anniversary of the reform and opening up. The important task of educators is to summarize the historical process and basic experience of China’s educational reform and development over the past 30 years and to constantly create a new situation in the new historical starting point in order to achieve the transition from a large human resources nation to a powerful human resources nation.
