通过对比试验发现；不同TiAl3形态的AlTi中间合金具有不同的细化效果，借助SEM和XRD等手段对AlTi中间合金进行了分析对比，探讨了TiAl3形态对细化效果的影响。实验结果表明：利用快速凝固技术制备的该中间合金，其TiAl3化合物细小，具有最佳的细化效果。
The results show that AlTi master alloys with different TiAl3 forms different refinement effects. The AlTi master alloys were analyzed and compared by means of SEM and XRD, and the effect of TiAl3 morphology on refinement was discussed. The experimental results show that the TiAl3 compound prepared by the rapid solidification technique has fine TiAl3 compound and has the best refining effect.
