调温器的启闭是由密封在调温器薄壁铜本体内石蜡的热胀冷缩决定的,矫正是调温器获得良好启闭性能的最后一道工序。为了更好地实现调温器的矫正,提高矫正效率和质量,根据调温器工作原理,分析了汽车调温器全自动矫正机的控制要求、控制系统设计中的难点及解决方案。采用三菱公司的FX2N型PLC作为控制器,并使用维纶通MT6100i触摸屏作为操作界面,设计了自动矫正机的控制系统。利用PID过程控制设计了一套系统来保持水槽里的水温恒定,解决了生产实际中水槽温度不稳定的难题,并就矫正系统的主要硬件配置、软件实现作了详细的论述。系统使调温器的矫正实现了全自动化,利用PLC对复杂的点位实现了控制,用触摸屏替代了原始的开关,大大解放劳动力,提高企业生产效率。

A set of system was designed by using PID process control to keep the temperature of the water in the water tank constant, which solved the problem of instable temperature in the water tank. The main hardware configuration and software of the correction system were discussed in detail. System makes the thermostat correction achieved full automation, the use of PLC to achieve the control of complex points, with the touch screen to replace the original switch, greatly liberate the workforce and improve business productivity.
