以胶接接头位移理论为基础,通过一组特定的位移约束条件确立了被粘物纵向和横向位移函数,建立了对称T形胶接接头的简化有限元单元,并得到单元刚度矩阵。这些接头单元能够克服胶层厚度估计过大的问题,降低了整体有限元模型的自由度数量,适用于大型有限元模型中对胶接接头的简化建模。精细有限元模型的数值验证表明,胶接接头简化有限元单元精度很好,使其应用到诸如汽车白车身、飞机等大型有限元模型中成为可能。
Based on the displacement theory of the adhesive joint, the longitudinal and transverse displacement functions of the adherend are established by a set of specific displacement constraints. The simplified finite element unit of the symmetrical T-shaped adhesive joint is established, and the element stiffness matrix is obtained. These joint units overcome the problem of oversized layer thickness estimation and reduce the number of degrees of freedom of the overall finite element model, making them suitable for the simplified modeling of adhesive joints in large finite element models. The numerical simulation of the fine finite element model shows that the simplified joint unit simplifies the accuracy of the finite element unit and makes it possible to apply it to large-scale finite element models such as automobile body-in-white and aircraft.
