53例手术病理证实的甲状腺肿块经彩色多普勒超声检查,其中21例肿块内部及/或周边探及高速血流信号(>70cm/s)。结果显示,这些肿块高速血流信号的产生机理可能为:1)恶性病灶中的动-静脉瘘;2)血供丰富的肿块;3)环绕肿块周边的动脉血管受压变窄;4)这3种因素的相互作用。因此,动一静脉瘘并非甲状腺肿块中高速血流信号的唯一原因。另外,本研究结果对各种脏器肿块高速血流信号的研究具有普遍借鉴作用,需要深入广泛地探讨。
Thirty-five surgically-pathologically confirmed thyroid masses were examined by color Doppler sonography. Twenty-one of the masses were examined for rapid blood flow (> 70 cm / s) in and / or around the tumor. The results suggest that the mechanism of high-speed blood flow signals in these lumps may be: 1) arteriovenous fistula in malignant lesions; 2) blood-rich lumps; 3) narrowing of arterial vessels around the lumps; 4) The interaction of three factors. Therefore, moving a venous fistula is not the only cause of high-speed blood flow signals in the thyroid mass. In addition, the results of this study on the various organs lumps of high-speed blood flow signal has universal reference, need to be extensive in-depth discussion.
