笔者虽对褐稻虱田间分布型进行过研究,并提出了多平行线短距离跳跃取样的田间调查方法。现在此研究结果的基础上,再对其田间调查抽样数进行探讨,摘要报告如下。 一、抽样数的确定 先按C.I.Bliss &R.C.Owen(1958)提出的方法计算褐稻虱田间分布型的公共K值Kc=0.983(Kc的X~2=31.175,自由度=21, X~2_(0.05)=32.671,P>0.05)。再据Karandinos(1976)提出的n=t~2/D~2(1/x+1/k_c)式,将不同置信度、不同X(平均每丛禾虫量)、不同D(误差率)值的情况下,理论抽样数(n)的计算结果列如表1。
