本文解算了半无限体外界介质温度线性变化的冷击动应力,分析了影响冷击动应力的主要因素,论证了水工混凝土冷击应力计算中准静态处理的合理性。本文在归纳了现行的混凝土冷击应力计算方法的基础上,提出了薄层混凝土浇筑块综合考虑顶面热交换、底面热传导和水泥水化热影响的表面冷击应力的实用计算方法。本文还对混凝土柱状块顶部的冷击应力进行了分析,提出了一种简单的近似计算法。
This paper solves the cold impact stress of linear change of semi-infinite body temperature, analyzes the main factors that affect the cold strike stress, and proves the rationality of quasi-static treatment in the calculation of cold impact stress of hydraulic concrete. On the basis of summarizing the existing calculation methods of cold-cracking stress of concrete, a practical calculation method of surface cold-stress of the thin-wall concrete pouring block considering the effects of top heat exchange, bottom heat conduction and cement hydration heat is proposed. In this paper, the cold stress on the top of concrete column block is also analyzed, and a simple approximate calculation method is proposed.
