为提高大白菜小孢子植株试管苗移栽的成活率,对影响其成活率的水质、栽培方式、基质、栽培时间4个因素进行了研究。结果表明:移栽时用蒸馏水浇灌,成活率达87.33%;根部带培养基移栽,成活率达93.67%;12月份移栽成活率达80%;介质使用纯腐殖质移栽成活率最高,达100%。大白菜小孢子植株试管苗最好在12月份、以纯腐殖质作为基质、根部带培养基、用蒸馏水浇灌,移栽成活率最为理想。
In order to improve the survival rate of test-tube seedlings transplanted in microspore plants of cabbage, four factors influencing their survival rate, such as water quality, cultivation method, substrate and cultivation time, were studied. The results showed that the survival rate was 87.33% when transplanted with distilled water; the survival rate was 93.67% after the root was transplanted with culture medium; the survival rate in transplanting was 80% in December; the highest survival rate was reached in pure humus transplanting 100%. Cabbage microspore plantlets best in December, with pure humus as a substrate, the root with the medium, watering with distilled water, transplanting the best survival rate.
