采用熔融共混的方法制备增塑聚乳酸,研究不同增塑剂对聚乳酸力学性能、流变性能、结晶性能以及降解性能的影响。结果表明:增塑剂品种不同对聚乳酸的增塑效果不同,其中三醋酸甘油酯的增塑效果最好;增塑聚乳酸的表观黏度随着剪切速率的增大而下降,改善了聚乳酸的加工性能;增塑聚乳酸的结晶速率加快,片晶厚度减小;增塑聚乳酸的降解速率加快。
The plasticized polylactic acid was prepared by melt blending method, and the effects of different plasticizers on the mechanical properties, rheological properties, crystallization properties and degradation properties of polylactic acid were studied. The results showed that different plasticizer varieties had different plasticizing effects on polylactic acid, among which triacetin had the best plasticizing effect. Apparent viscosity of plasticized polylactic acid decreased with the increase of shear rate, which improved Polylactic acid processing performance; plasticized polylactic acid crystallization rate increases, the lamellae thickness decreases; plastic polylactic acid degradation rate accelerated.
