大批量生产中,有时在一道工序中在专用机床上既要进行普通(各种规格)螺纹的攻丝,又要同时加工锥管螺纹(见图1所示)。这时仅靠通用的攻丝靠模装置是无法控制锥管螺纹深度的,因为在大批量生产的过程中,一般是以毛坯面为基准来加工锥管螺纹的,而毛坯的铸造误差一般在3~4mm仍属正常。为此,我们设计了一种控制锥管螺纹攻丝深度的结构。它能以毛坯为基面对锥管螺纹进行攻丝,并能控制深度尺寸。如图2所示,图示位置为原始位置。靠模螺母装在座套上是固定不动的。座套装在攻丝主轴箱前盖上,攻丝主轴箱与动力头连接在一起。当动力头快进至一定行程位置时,行程挡杆与工件毛坯基面接触定位,
In mass production, it is sometimes necessary to perform tapping of normal (various specifications) threads on a special machine tool in one operation, and to process taper pipe threads at the same time (see FIG. 1).
