作为信息迅速传播的时代,同时也是互联网迅猛发展的一个阶段。在这一特殊的发展阶段,所有事物都需要借助网络生存与发展.若是可以与互联网进行连接,必然会步入一个空前的发展盛况。在互联网不断发展的现实背景下,当前的互联网企业的人力资源管理,好比如雨后春笋般蓬勃生长。但是,其企业人力资源管理工作在发展过程中,也遇到了诸多的问题。为此,笔者在文中主要对互联网企业人力资源管理问题与优化路径进行探索。

In the context of the continuous development of the Internet, the current human resource management of Internet enterprises is like the rapid growth of mushrooming. However, there are also many problems encountered in the development of its human resources management. To this end, I mainly explore the human resources management issues and optimization path of Internet enterprises in the text.
