The kinetics of displacement reaction between ethylene and triisobutylaluminum catalyzed by cobalt complexes was studied.The displacement reaction rate showed a first order relationship with the concentration of aluminum alkyl, the concentration of complex and ethylene pressure.The kinetic equation of displacement reaction rate was r = 1.4 × 10 6 [R3Al] [Cat.] [p C2 H4]. The activation energy of the reaction was 71.9 kJ / mol
