选用2011年各省市的数据,运用主成分分析法对我国三十一个省的创新水平进行综合评分,然后通过构建计量模型,研究我国三十一个省份的创新水平与财政性教育支出的关系。研究结果表明:东部地区的创新水平远高于中、西部和东北部三大区域,而这三大区域创新水平的差距在统计上不显著;财政性教育支出与区域创新水平有正相关关系,但财政性教育支出对区域创新水平的推动作用有待加强。政府应加大对教育的投资,要平衡教育投资在各区域间的分配,更好地贯彻科教兴国战略,构建创新型国家。
The data of each province and municipality in 2011 are selected. The principal component analysis is used to evaluate the innovation level of thirty-one provinces in our country, and then the econometric model is used to study the relationship between the innovation level and fiscal expenditure on education in thirty-one provinces. . The results show that the level of innovation in the eastern region is much higher than that in the three major regions of the central, western and northeastern regions. However, the gap between the three major regions in innovation is not statistically significant. The expenditure on fiscal education is positively correlated with the level of regional innovation, However, the role of fiscal expenditure on regional innovation needs to be further strengthened. The government should increase investment in education, balance the distribution of education investment among various regions, better implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, and build an innovative country.
