目的调查分析院内感染及社区感染的现患率,为降低感染发生率提出预防控制措施。方法 2012年8月30日采用横断面调查方法,查阅住院病历和床旁调查相结合,填写统一的现患率调查表,调查该院在调查日的医院感染现患率、住院患者社区感染率以及抗菌药物使用情况。结果应查1 189例,实查1 184例,实查率99.58%,发现院内感染34例、34例次,医院感染现患率2.87%,例次感染率2.87%。医院感染部位以下呼吸道感染为主,占47.06%,其次为手术部位,占14.71%。社区感染患者536例、537例次,社区感染率45.27%,例次感染率45.35%。抗菌药物使用率为54.14%。结论现患率调查可方便快捷并全面了解医院感染及社区感染的情况,为医院感染防控工作提供依据。
Objective To investigate and analyze the prevalence of nosocomial infections and community infections, and to put forward prevention and control measures to reduce the incidence of infections. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted on August 30, 2012. The hospital records and bedside surveys were combined to fill in a unified questionnaire for prevalence rate. The prevalence rate of nosocomial infections, inpatient community infection rate and antibacterial activity in the hospital on the survey day were investigated. Drug use. Results 1 189 cases were examined, 1 184 cases were confirmed and the actual examination rate was 99.58%. 34 cases were found nosocomial infection, 34 cases were found, the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection was 2.87% and the infection rate was 2.87%. Nosocomial infections following respiratory infections, accounting for 47.06%, followed by the surgical site, accounting for 14.71%. 536 cases of community-based infection patients, 537 cases, the community infection rate was 45.27%, the infection rate of 45.35%. Antimicrobial usage was 54.14%. Conclusion The prevalence rate survey can be convenient and comprehensive and understand the situation of nosocomial infection and community infection, so as to provide basis for prevention and control of nosocomial infection.
