应对入世,不但要解决观念问题,更要解决实践问题,它要求我们在企业策略特别是人才策略上做出一系列调整。入世后,我们铁路建筑企业面临着日益激烈的人才竞争,而在我们企业人才队伍建设中,还存在着专业单一、高层次人才匮乏、整体素质偏低等问题。面对入世挑战,必须有计划、有组织、有针对性地抓紧培养造就四个方面的人才:
To tackle the accession to the WTO, we must not only solve the problem of concepts, but also solve practical problems. It requires that we make a series of adjustments in the strategies of enterprises, especially in personnel. After the accession to the WTO, our railway construction enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition for talents. In the construction of our enterprise personnel, there are still some problems such as a single professionalism, a shortage of high-level talents and a low overall quality. In the face of the challenges posed by the accession to the WTO, we must step up efforts to cultivate and create talents in four areas in a planned, organized and targeted manner:
