由肠道病毒第70型引起急性出血性结膜炎的治疗药物问题,以往在临床观察和实验室药物筛选中均未获得满意结果。木文报道取100TCTD50/0.1毫升病毒与不同浓度的各种药物等量混和,置37℃1小时,然后接种于传代的人胚肺细胞,观察药物对细胞病变的抑制情况。用此方法对50多种抗病毒的化合物及中草药进行了筛选。实验结果,槲寄生的提取物(由上海医药工业研究院提供)和桂枝(由本所提供)两种中药分别对本病毒有一定的抑制作用。提取物的最小抑制浓度为0.156~0.313毫克(相当于槲寄生生药31.2~62.5毫克):桂枝的最小抑制浓度以生药含量计50毫克。另外,我们进一步用不同浓度的槲寄生提取物药液,将之先加入细胞管,2小时或24小时后再接种病毒,或先接种病毒于细胞管2小时后再加入含不同浓度药液的维持液等实验方法,三者均取得相同的抑制效果。但是如将经1小时处理的病毒药物混合液接种细胞管后2小时
The treatment of acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis caused by enterovirus type 70 has not been satisfactorily achieved in both clinical observation and laboratory drug screening.
